I believe the world of work is broken. Technology has enabled a whole new world of opportunities, thinking and ways of working, yet business and society has not caught up!

I am passionate about changing the way the world works, which has lead to me becoming a key influencer in the space of workplace change. I achieve this as a prominent writer, speaker and consultant on the Modern Workforce and Future of Work and well known for my TEDx Talk titled "Rethinking Work for the Modern World".

Finally, I am the founder of a specialist workforce change consultancy called the Millennial Mindset, which seeks to understand a new generation of employees and new ways of working.
