Hello! My name is Adam Jacob and I am a 5th year nutrition student at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. I currently am employed as a dietary aid at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center as well as do lots of volunteer work for Cal Poly’s sports nutrition team. After my graduation following this year, I will continue to pursue an M.S. in nutrition as well as a dietetic internship to achieve my goal of becoming a registered dietitian!
