The Mission: to use my creativity and passion to awaken others to a cause greater than themselves, to create cultures that empower people.

Not only is this my mission, it's my job. I coach sales professionals, managers, and executives as well as consult organizations on their sales culture.

Outside the office, I live out my mission as a member of Toastmasters, helping others hone their communication skills while continuing to develop my own.
