I am an IT Manager with over 17 years of experience in IT, including 9 years in IT Management. I work for Citibank International as an EMEA Inftrastructure Service Manager, where I am accountable for end to end availability and quality of Core Banking services in the EMEA region.
Prior joining to Citibank, I have worked for Diebold Inc (2006-2010) where I was responsible for creating Diebold EMEA Data Center in Warsaw, and managing teams of specialists in several countries - including systems and servers administrators, network administrators, IT service desks, customer service desks, developers, project managers and quality managers.
I am also experienced in Project Management (T-Mobile, 2003-2006) and system administration (T-Mobile, 2000-2003; White Eagle Aviation 1997-2000).
I have extensive knowledge in infrastructure management and IT services management, mainly based on ITIL methodology. I am experienced in developing, optimizing and implementing of operational IT processes and managing large implementation and infrastructure projects.
I believe that IT organization can be more efficient and customer satisfaction can be increased provided managing quality of services at the level expected by the business and improving operational processes.
