Adam Abdullahi
PhD Candidate in Infectious Diseases
Howdy, I’m Adam and I am steeped in science and it is quite repleting. My current research work focuses on Infectious Diseases across sub-Saharan Africa with focus on HIV treatment outcome, drug resistance and the impact of viral co-infections and Neglected Tropical Diseases. I find viruses fascinating and the damage they cause to larger host systems. I am also passionate about the systematic application of empirical evidence in driving applicable treatment strategies, policies and implementation efforts. Further I am keen on the multidisciplinary dissection of One health, Digital Health and Population Health with all the SDGs. Interested in making Infectous Disease Development a modular field . Despite all the paradoxes, I am taking life with a tinge of salt. You can view some of my work with a click on the button above.
