Adam J. Nelson

Originally from Seattle, Adam arrived in Massachusetts by way of Vermont in 1998 after completing his Master's degree. Having found a love for Southeastern Massachusetts, Adam has recently relocated to Swansea, MA from Boston with his family and saw an opportunity to share his new found passion for the Bristol County area with other prospective home buyers looking for well-priced homes conveniently located around Boston, Providence and the Cape. Building for the web since 1992, Adam previously used his knowledge of web development and design to run marketing for Student Advantage, Go2 Media and WickedFast Marketing. Present in all of Adam's work experience is his keen ability to listen to his clients, hearing their specific needs and finding the right opportunity to address their real estate goals.

In his spare time, Adam is an outdoor enthusiast, spending time gardening, hiking, biking or some other physical activity. When weather prevents those activities, he is known for his culinary capabilities and being a proud parent and loving spouse.

In addition, Adam was recently appointed to the Swansea Conservation Committee as a voting member, hearing his neighbors requests to get variances with regards to wetlands and planning of open space for the town. Adam is also active with the local Bristol Board of REALTORS® serving as the co-chair of the newly formed Technology Committee and as a member of the the Professional Development Committee responsible for arranging our annual continuing educational programs as licensed professionals.
