Adam Blake is a real estate entrepreneur, advisor, and investor that has started, scaled, and exited multiple companies.
Always an entrepreneur, Adam started his first company, Atlas Properties, while a freshman at TCU using student loan and credit card cash advances to buy rental properties. While in college, Adam gained experience raising capital from family offices, private equity, and institutional pension fund investors for multifamily and student housing deals. In 2005, Adam was named the winner of the prestigious Global Student Entrepreneur of the Year. Atlas was later recognized in 2009 as the 123rd fastest growing company in the U.S. by INC Magazine. Over the past 15 years, Atlas has owned, operated, and invested in 6,000+ garden style apartments, a mixed-use high rise, and multiple condo developments.
In 2011, Adam founded Brightergy, which went on to become the largest and most experienced commercial solar company in the U.S operating in 17 states. Brightergy was sold in 2017.
Adam is currently the CEO of Zego, a platform for smarter apartment living. Built by real estate experts and backed by artificial intelligence, Zego enhances multifamily communities by integrating smart home devices with a single app that connects residents with management, maintenance and a marketplace for local services.
