Adam Boskovich recently returned to his former employer, Stevenson Systems, Inc. in Laguna Niguel, California, as the companies Senior Account Executive. Previously, Adam Boskovich served as Stevenson’s Director of Corporate Accounts. The company specializes in uncovering value by accurately measuring commercial buildings and applying the most appropriate measurement standard to maximize the assets value.
Prior to returning to Stevenson Systems, Mr. Boskovich was the Managing Partner and CEO of CMD Construction, for whom he won the Orange County Business Journal’s "Fastest Growing Small Company" award for 2017.
After graduating from San Diego State University, Mr. Boskovich began his commercial real estate career as a Sales Associate for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate, where he negotiated contracts and represented landlords and tenants. After four successful years at Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Boskovich accepted a leasing position with The Koll Company. Subsequently, Mr. Boskovich was recruited by The Irvine Company to provide leasing services for the companies Orange County portfolio. He provided similar services for Equity Office Properties in Orange County, after EOP purchased Spieker Properties in one of the nations largest real estate acquisitions in history.
Years later, Mr. Boskovich was engaged as the Director of Operations for the Colton Company and managed a 3.5 million square foot portfolio that included over 100 office buildings in California and Arizona.
As a principal at Orion Property Partners, Mr. Boskovich provided tenant representation services and assisted in the due diligence process on the companies building acquisitions before moving to Stevenson Systems.
Adam Boskovich is an active golfer and surfer, and also enjoys coaching youth football.
