I bring 12+ years’ experience across UX, UI, product design, front-end thinking and design systems, with a strong track record in regulated, high-complexity environments including financial services, energy, telecoms, media and SaaS. I have worked across brands and teams including Santander, British Gas, BP, Telefónica, Virgin Media, E.ON and Build2Enjoy.

My strength is connecting strategy, systems and execution. I can move from product discovery and user journeys through to high-fidelity interface design, component libraries, design tokens, accessibility, developer handover and production-ready design systems. I understand both the user and the engineering reality, which means I design products that are not only polished, but practical to build, maintain and scale.
