Adam Gordon

Adam E. Gordon is a New York and Miami–based investor and managing partner with more than three decades in capital markets. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Apex Capital Holdings, a multi-strategy family office he founded with Larry Chachkes, located at 17 State Street in Manhattan's Financial District, with offices in Miami.

Apex is focused exclusively on managing the personal capital of Adam E. Gordon and Larry Chachkes. Through Apex, Adam and Larry allocate capital across public equities and private markets.

Adam has also made direct personal investments across a range of companies, including Figure AI, Trumid, C3 Industries, and Membrane Labs where he also advises the executive team.

He also serves as Managing Partner of Applied Logic, a long/short hedge fund founded with anchor capital from Apex's principals. Adam co-founded Vector Technologies, which develops algorithmic trading tools that optimize position sizing and provides in depth market intelligence for professional investors.

Beyond business, Adam finds balance through art, martial arts, and time on the water. He is an avid collector of modern and contemporary art, with original works by Picasso, Warhol, Dalí, and others. He regularly lends pieces to museums, extending appreciation to a wider audience. Adam holds a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Master Rilion Gracie, a pursuit that reflects the same discipline and patience he brings to investing.
