I’m Adam Fox, and I’m asking for your support to be Labour’s candidate for Greater Essex Mayor.

I’ve lived in Essex for over 20 years. I started out in everyday jobs before dedicating my career to supporting people, working with the NHS, Police, Fire Service and local charities.

I served as a councillor in Colchester for seven years, including as Leader of the Labour Group and Deputy Leader of the Council. I delivered affordable homes, secured £millions of investment, and fought for safer, fairer communities. In 2024,

I stood as Labour’s Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner candidate and came second, building recognition across Essex. I now serve on Labour’s National Policy Forum, giving our region a voice in shaping national policy.

• Good jobs and opportunities across the county
• Affordable homes in the right places, with the right infrastructure
• Reliable, joined-up public transport
• Support for local businesses and safer high streets
• Investment in clean energy and a greener future

This campaign is also about taking the fight to the Tories and to Reform. They offer only division and decline. Labour must stand proudly for progressive policies that deliver for ordinary working people.
