Adam J. Gramling is an American entrepreneur and angel investor focused on artificial intelligence. He is the founder of SR² Ventures, his personal investment and advisory practice, and is based in New York City.

Previously, Adam built and led Scale AI’s technical account management and program management teams for generative AI. He worked with frontier AI labs and researchers on human-data programs supporting AI model development.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. He grew up in Los Gatos, California, and attended Purdue University before transferring to USC.

Outside of work, he enjoys chess, golf, scuba diving, photography, and piano.
