I am a goal-orientated person. I have a passion to make thing easier to understand, more efficient, and optimize the effort put in!

I am a firm believer that education is never finished. I work hard on both my professional and personal development towards becoming a more effective professional and MUT (mountain, ultra, and trail) runner.

My free time is filled with training! I am currently training for my next 100 miler. I love ultra distances, as typical running norms fall away, the community is ultra accountable, ultra supportive, and ultra fun! I have begun building a community around Ultra running called Aid Stations with Adam
