I've worked in microfinance, refugee resettlement, development, and holistic missions with my wife, Christine. Our journeys have taken us from Wisconsin to Nicaragua, China, and South Africa, where I once rode a motorcycle through eight countries in eight days and lived to tell the tale. My writing has run in dozens of publications in the U.S., the U.K., Australia, and South Africa, including Relevant, Christianity Today, Country, Overland Journal. We have two kids who join in the adventures. We currently live in Howick, South Africa, where I continue to write and think and serve for InterVarsity. This Ordinary Adventure: Settling Down Without Settling shows the struggle of living a life of faith that matters while based in the U.S. Buy it on Amazon.
