Adam Noll

Signal Mountain, TN, US

Based on Signal Mountain, Tennessee, Adam Noll serves as the owner of Outdoor Training Adventure, LLC. Through this organization, Noll provides people with education and experience in exploring nature. Clients can go on backpacking trips on the Cumberland Trail, mountain biking on Raccoon Mountain, fly fishing on the Tellico River, and whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River. Adam Noll also trains individuals, small groups, and families in topics ranging from survival skills and map reading to adventure sports and winter hiking.

Along with his responsibilities at Outdoor Training Adventure, Noll enjoys writing. Over the past 30 years, he has produced poetry, a nearly 1,000-page manuscript for a high fantasy series, and hopes to return to an “autobiographical fiction” short story based in Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Mostly based on Adam Noll's life, these pieces provide meaningful and comical insights into his world. Additionally, he regularly updates his blog “Thoughts from the Trail” (located online at www.outdooradventuretraining.com) and serves as the Outdoor Adventure Columnist for local periodical, The Signal Mountain Mirror.
