For more than 20 years, my career has moved through aerospace hangars, global consulting boardrooms, and cloud-scale data centers—each stop adding to an evolving picture of how supply chains shape the world. Those experiences built not just expertise in transformation and analytics, but also a fascination with the hidden mechanics of how value really flows through our economies.

Today my focus is on the future: the “deep supply chain,” where unseen layers of sourcing, data, and design hold the keys to resilience, sustainability, and breakthrough innovation. In my work, I explore how AI, circularity, and new models of collaboration can rewire the systems we take for granted.

What excites me most is sharing these ideas, testing them in practice, and opening new conversations about how we design the next generation of supply chains—and the future of business itself.
