Hey, I’m Adam of The Law Offices of Adam R. Banner, P.C. We are a criminal defense law firm in the Oklahoma City metro area. We handle all manner of criminal cases including violent crimes, sex crimes, drug possession and trafficking, federal crimes, and white collar charges. We've been in business since 2011 and in that time have built a solid reputation for providing aggressive and effective legal defense.

My education started at the University of Oklahoma for undergraduate studies. Then I attended the University of Oklahoma City Law School. I worked at the Oklahoma Public Defender's Office prior to starting my own law firm.

I write about criminal defense topics at a number of online publications including abajournal.com, Huffington Post, The Jurist, the Oklahoma Policy Institute, Law in Sport, and a number of others.

In my career, I have proven myself to be a formidable defense to those who might challenge my client’s constitutional rights. In recognition of my results in criminal litigation, I've been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the state of Oklahoma. I'm also “Lead Counsel” rated, and Avvo has named me as one of their “Superb” rated criminal defense lawyers in Oklahoma.

Super Lawyers has recognized me as a "Super Lawyer" in Oklahoma criminal defense. I also pride myself on contributing to the public's understanding of the law and the legal issues of our day. I have taught continuing legal education classes for fellow attorneys on topics such as the use of technology in the law, sex crimes, violent crimes, and drug crimes in Oklahoma. I also work as an Adjunct Law Professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law.
