Adam Richard Seger has spent most of his life in hospitality, flavor, and teaching. He currently runs operations for three LUSH Food & Drink locations in Chicago and manages product development for New York-based Adya Global.
Adam Richard Sege obtained his CCP, Certified Culinary Professional, from The International Association of Culinary Professionals. He also has an Advanced Sommelier accreditation from The Court of Master Sommeliers. As one of the trailblazers of the farm-to-bar movement, he is famous for his chef's approach behind the bar.
