Boxing and body building are my top passions. I have to go to no one else's gym, as I own one mine. Adventure sports like trekking and rock climbing also interest me well.
I believe in the philosophy of maintaining a healthy body to support a healthy mind. So far as boxing is concerned, I take it to be one of the most constructive ways to utilize one's energy to achieve mental peace and not to employ it for any destructive purposes.
Besides exercises, I also rely in optimally maintaining my body with natural supplements that help in reducing fat deposition over the time. I avoid using artificial supplements for fat loss.
