My name is Adam Sikorski - I am an ambitious and effective Sales Manager. I have always followed more than 100% of my sales plans. Working for one of the companies - together with the Sales Team in which I was a leader. I created a new sales department, increasing after 5 years, the turnover - from the level of 200 thousand. PLN, to a level higher by 6000%.

I work well as a leader - I can properly inspire myself and the team to pursue their goals.

I am passionate about sales and I want to be better and better at it.I have practical experience in developing and managing sales. I feel confident in managing large and ambitious projects. I have cooperated with many well-known companies.

About myself in a few sentences - I can say that: I am the Manager with experience in the implementation of large and complex projects. I can take care of proper customer service. I developed sales for companies in various economic conditions. I can effectively combine sales with proper customer service and marketing issues - supported and documented by my real achievements.

My professional goal is my further development in a sales-related managerial position - by improving my skills workshop: sales, coaching, and mentoring in technical industries.
