After 13 years of being actively involved in sales and business management, Adam has carved a special forte in Real Estate Sales bringing with him a strong background in entrepreneurship, project management and negotiation.

As a young professional at the age of 16, Adam took a liking to an entrepreneurial role and opened an electronic wholesale business where he owned, operated, managed and eventually sold the business at the age of 20.

His interest in Real Estate, Property and Land Development emerged just after the sale of his business, when Adam was given the opportunity to work for a small holdings company. It is here where his interest in Real Estate thrived as he managed commercial and industrial Real Estate for over 2 years, ultimately reducing the overall company overhead by 22% and increasing revenue by 13%.

Adam became a licensed Sales Representative for Royal LePage at a very young age. Once Adam joined forces with Royal LePage Your Community Realty, he quickly gained attention for his expertise in For Sale By Owners. Sought after by his peers for his negotiating and prospecting skills, Adam took on the role as Mentor for the brokerages in-house Real Estate Academy. Adam has worked closely with Michelle Risi, Vice Preseident at Royal Lepage Your Community developing the "Selling 101 Mentorship Program". Since the launch of this program in just over 1 year, Adam has successfully mentored both new and seasoned realtors, assisting them in increasing their production, generating over $150,000 in gross commission on these agent's first successful transaction only!

As of September 2013, Adam was formally welcomed into the #1 Royal LePage franchise in Canada, Royal LePage Your Community Realty as a Manager for their downtown Toronto office location on 187 King Street East.

Since being appointed manager the downtown branch has grown to over 100 realtors, and as such, played a big role in the expansion of our space which is now just over 8000sqft of prime office space in the downtown core – and we are still growing!
