"Online Communities" are a hot topic right now. However, MATRIX isn't necessarily interested in building yet another site for our professionals to join. Rather, we want to focus on the reason we start communities in the first place: relationships. As the Online Community Manager at MATRIX, I focus on our corporate processes, content, marketing, CRM, and social media initiatives that all have one goal in mind: building stronger relationships with our candidate and consultant communities. Leveraging new technology, the latest social media trends, and a good mix of traditional marketing tactics, our "communities" are in the thousands and growing stronger every day.
