I'm a creative entrepreneur who wants to use the power of business to do good.
I work for the British Forces Broadcasting Service as a senior manager. I've built two businesses there - a creative agency and a training Academy.
Before that I was their Director of Digital.
I've worked for two news channels - Bloomberg and Forces News. I also helped launch Forces TV which was a lot of fun.
I've studied leadership at Saïd Business School. I've written a book for Kogan Page called 'Confident Digital Content.'
I've produced video for the BBC, MTV, Virgin Media, Living and MSN.
Before all that I worked for a production company, as a news editor and at a poetry publishing house.
I advise UK Government, Theodora Children's Charity, Army Families Federation and Tickets for Troops.
I sit on the British Red Cross Digital Advisory Board.
I'm a juror for the Royal Television Society Journalism awards.
I also mentor young journalists for the John Schofield Trust and Creative Access.
I offer limited coaching places to those in the creative industries who feel they are capable of more and want a bit of help getting there.
I'm absolutely terrible at playing the guitar but I keep playing. I love cycling but I keep falling off and injuring myself. I also play board games and need to find healthier hobbies.
