Adam Way

A Southern California native, I live with my beautiful Ecuadorian wife, my ever growing and delightful son, and my beagle in north San Diego county. I've lived in the Bay Area as well as the greater New York City area, but nothing replaces home here in So Cal. I love to travel and have visited Spain, Ecuador, Japan, Australia, England, Morocco, Greece, Israel and our neighbors Canada and Mexico. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, golfing, and helping out a non-profit organization called Jeremiah's Ranch.

I have been working in IT professionally since I joined Women.com in 1996, gaining technical knowledge in the areas of desktop support, server management, data center management and network management until about 2000 when I switched to software development. Over the last 12 years I've been focused on managing IT software development and infrastructure projects - I am PMP certified. Most recently, I've been working with the US Army to deliver technology tools and resources to family members while their loved ones defend our country. I'm passionate about communicating with business leaders about use of technology to solve problems in a way they understand.
