• Category Management: Complete product category ownership with an entrepreneurial mindset. Solving business problems and making sound decisions, my expertise includes profitability (P&L) and inventory management, process improvement and cost reduction (kaizen), costing/pricing negotiations, forecasting and replenishment. Building and maintaining a sustainable and viable business that achieves an optimal balance between market share/volume and profitability.
• Project management: Complete end to end project management in cross-functional teams Planning and execution of marketing programs from ideation to post-mortem to ensure strategic alignment, attention to detail and timely execution. This includes multiple award winning projects for a multinational corporation.
• Result Orientation: Using syndicated data, reporting tools and retailer reporting platforms , I am able to leverage my analytical skills in tracking and analyzing category performance trends. Developing key KPIs, scorecards and recommending demand and sell-thru generation programs to improve category performance.
