Yogic term Emaho is a sound of rise Kundalini Shakti which clears all stagnations because of its extra of Tejas or warmth and luminosity which results in Samadhi

The Yogic time period Emaho denotes that specific rise of Kundalini Shakti (i.e. the rise of one’s own dormant divinity) from the bottom of backbone until high of head the place there is an excess of heat-luminosity experienced by the aspirant … And resulting from this excess of warmth-luminosity, all the seven plexuses (i.e. Sapt Chakra of Yoga Tantras) are opened up and their pathways (or delicate channels) fully cleared of all earlier stagnations Asamprajnita Samadhi

During these ancient times the greatest of Yogi’s used to live in Indrapuri as the distant areas of Indrapuri used to offer a perfect isolation from the sounds of human civilizations of these times and thus Indrapuri was the right place for Yogic meditations and people even greater practices which related to inward paths (or paths of self realizations or Atma Vijyan)
