Hello! I’m Adanna J.
I’m a certified Human Resources Professional living in Brooklyn, NY. I am an enthusiast for professional growth, self development, and continuing education. I love a great read and love soca music even more.
I have over 8 years of hands-on Human Resources experience. A large part of my career experience has been in the nonprofit sector. My areas of expertise include but is not limited to: Employee Relations, Benefits/ Leave Administration, Performance Management, and Policy & Procedure.
One of my career goals is to open a Boutique HR Consulting Firm or a Boutique Career Services Firm. I'm thinking it may be the latter, as that's where my current passion is leading.
I have a passion to help people on their career journey. Which is why, I'm also a Freelance Résumé Writer and self proclaimed Career Coach. I work closely with clients on improving their professional brand and career advancement, through employment coaching and well crafted résumés.
