Adaraniwon Oluwatosin embodies the spirit of a forward-thinking young professional committed to growth and development. As a multi-talented IT consultant, web developer, brand analyst, digital marketer, youth advocate, and seasoned entrepreneur, Oluwatosin channels his diverse skills to provide impactful IT solutions to businesses and individuals. Serving as the CEO of Glimpse Solutions, a company renowned for developing custom websites, he has accumulated over eight years of industry experience and proudly stands behind the creation of more than 200 websites.

Oluwatosin consults for IEBDEM and TPUMPY Concept, offering his expertise to various businesses. His commitment to youth empowerment is evident through the numerous projects he has spearheaded. In 2015, he launched the Young Boss project, focusing on technology and entrepreneurship training for students in higher education institutions. His dedication to education continued in 2016 when he trained teachers at SUBEB on computer appreciation, enhancing their ability to integrate technology into their teaching methods.

In 2018, Oluwatosin took his passion for civic engagement a step further by initiating the #Ekiti Decides 2018 Online Survey. This five-month project, which involved extensive interviews across all 16 local government areas of Ekiti State, aimed to gauge public opinion on the upcoming gubernatorial election. The project's success led to a subsequent survey for the general election, endorsed by Election Monitoring NG.

As the convener of THE CONVERGENCE, an annual event that attracts over 2,500 young people, Oluwatosin has made a substantial impact on youth development. THE CONVERGENCE seeks to transform youths from job seekers into job creators, promote peace, equip participants with the knowledge to build a sustainable society, and mentor them toward achieving greatness. Since its inception in 2018, the event has partnered with various organizations and institutions.

Oluwatosin's journey in public service includes a significant role as the Special Assistant on New Media to the Governor of Ekiti State (2022-2023), where he leveraged his IT expertise to enhance the governor’s social media presence. He has recently transitioned to working with Rep. Akintunde Rotimi Jr., Spokesman/Chairman of the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, as Senior Legislative Aide (Representation), where he continues to apply his skills to advance good governance and public communication.
