About Me
I didn’t arrive here by accident.
My path into people, work, and possibility was shaped early by delays, detours, and a decision to stop waiting for permission. After secondary school, life stalled in ways I couldn’t control. Years passed before university finally happened. By the time I graduated, one thing was clear. My career would not follow a straight line. And that was okay.
What mattered was value. Learning how to create it. Learning how to stand firmly in it. And learning how to help other people do the same.
Today, I work at the intersection of people, structure, and growth. I am a career development practitioner, HR and talent operations consultant, and the Founder of Purple360, a boutique career advisory firm built to help individuals and organisations grow with intention.
What I Do
I help people make sense of their work lives.
Sometimes that looks like designing recruitment and talent systems for growing businesses. Sometimes it is building performance frameworks, career pathways, or culture structures that actually work in real environments, not just on paper.
And very often, it looks like sitting with early to mid-career professionals who know they are capable of more, but need clarity, confidence, and strategy to move forward.

Why Purple360 Exists
Purple360 was born from lived experience.
I know what it means to feel delayed. To feel unseen by systems. To realise that no one is coming to hand you a seat at the table.
So we build tables.
Purple360 exists to help African youth and professionals stop waiting for opportunities and start creating them. We focus on clarity, capability, and confidence. The kind that compounds over time.
Our work is not about quick wins. It is about long-term transformation. Helping people believe that they can become anything, as long as they are willing to do the work, learn relentlessly, and take responsibility for their growth.
How I Work
I am thoughtful, but practical.
I ask hard questions, but with care. I believe structure creates freedom, and that consistency beats motivation every time.
I work best with people and organisations who are serious about growth, open to reflection, and willing to build deliberately.
Clients often describe my style as calm, direct, and grounding. I bring clarity to complexity and help people move from confusion to action.

I care deeply about African youth empowerment, economic inclusion, and mentorship, with a bias for women's empowerment.
I am especially passionate about helping young professionals navigate systems that were not designed with them in mind.
