Addison Thornton

I am a Program Specialist in Employer Brand & Engagement passionate about helping organizations connect people with opportunities through strategic workforce initiatives, recruitment marketing, and community engagement. As a graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I bring a people-centered perspective to everything I do, combining an understanding of human behavior with a commitment to leadership and impact.

Raised in the St. Louis area, I learned the importance of faith, service, hard work, and perseverance at an early age. Those values have guided me throughout my academic and professional journey. During my time at Spelman College, I served as Class Vice President, held leadership roles within Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and helped lead fundraising initiatives that generated more than $18,000 for scholarships and nonprofit organizations.

Professionally, I have gained experience with organizations including Advantage Solutions, Fiserv, Deloitte, Beats by Dre, The Coca-Cola Company, and NARS Cosmetics. I enjoy creating meaningful experiences, building strong relationships, and developing strategies that help people thrive.

Outside of work, I am passionate about mentorship, community service, wellness, event planning, and creative marketing. I believe success is measured not only by personal achievement but by the positive impact we make in the lives of others and the communities we serve.
