I holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria. Masters degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Human Resources Management from Babcock University, Ogun State Nigeria, an Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) graduate, full member of Institute of Corporate Affairs and Business Management, Nigeria, Diploma in Desktop Publishing and Doctor of Busines Administration and Management (Honoris Causa) from Highstone Global University, NY, USA

During my undergraduate study, I worked on The Role of Indigenous Entrepreneurs in Nigeria Developmental Economic Process. Although,not published but it is my first book that I wrote as a final year project work.

I coauthored and published a journal with Dr. Amos B. N. (Lecturer, Department of Business Administration and Marketing, Babcock University Nigeria) and Professor Asikhia, O. U. (Former Professor, Department of Business Administration and Marketing, Babcock University, Nigeria). The title is The Relationship Between Human Resources Management and Non-Financial Performance of Quoted Food and Beverages Companies in Nigeria: The Moderating Role of Organisational Culture. It was published in The International Journal of Business and Management in August 2020 (DOI No: 10.24940/theijbm/2020/v8/ii/BM2008-028

Presently work with Ogun State Water Corporation, Ogun State, Nigeria, as the Head of the Budget Unit, I had worked as the Head of Area Administration/HR Department in Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria in 2014, as Head of Area Commercial Department in Ijebu-Igbo,Ogun State, Nigeria in 2012 and as Head of Area Commercial Department in Iperu, Ogun State Nigeria in 2010.

I am a devoted Christian and I currently pastor a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Crown of Glory Parish, Ikenne Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria.

I enjoyed traveling by any means because getting to my destination is key to me and I enjoyed reading as well.
