Ayoade Adedeji Kayode is an astute researcher, academic, public speaker and Health and Safety Specialist. He is a first graduate of Health Education, University of Ibadan and one of the three overall best graduating Masters students in Health and Safety (2021/2022) academic session, University of Ibadan. He has deep passion for discovering, nurturing and facilitating innate abilities in youngsters. He is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Health Education, as well as University Doctoral scholar in the same University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria.

Ayoade Kayode's passion for humanity service stirred him to various voluntary and leadership positions at undergraduate and post graduate level including the Commandant of Nigerian Red Cross Society, University of Ibadan Detachment, Programme Officer, All Nigerian United Nations Students Association, Chairman, Independent NAPHER Electoral Commission, President, KHECF, Board member, Charisgate Health Initiative. He is a focal/contact person for Action Health Incorporated and Youth Empowerment Foundation, Lagos State, Nigeria and just concluded a project on "Menstrual hygiene management: demystifying myths and establishing facts" by USAID.

Ayoade Kayode currently has about ten paper publications in reputable journals both nationally and internationally with focus on public health challenges, SDGs and youth participation in global communities. He has participated in a number of peer reviews, attended three national and four remote international conferences all owing to his passion to drive positive changes among youth and communities.

Kayode is a recipient of various outstanding awards including Florence Ajimobi award for best overall student in Health Education, Grace Leadership Foundation award for first class, most outstanding and most promising scholar, University of Ibadan Alumni association award for overall best student across all Faculties, University of Ibadan Doctoral Scholarship Award for overall Masters student with a perfect CGPA of 7.0/7.0 among many others.

Kayode is a fellow and Alumnus of Teach for Nigeria, an affiliate of Teach for All Network, United States, Education officer with Lagos State Government, Nigeria. He is a certified Google trainer, a Product Manager, a WASH certified personnel by UNICEF, HSE certified, Design Thinking personnel by HP, currently a participant of The Alabastron Initiative on manuscript writing from China, Nigerian Code for Health Research Ethics research certification, and he earned the highly coveted certificate of Covid-19, Tackling the Novel Coronavirus by London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
