I’m Adegunle Raphael Tobi, and I’ve spent the last five years helping people make better decisions through solid research and data. I started my journey as a Research Assistant, where I learned the importance of digging deep, asking the right questions, and letting the data speak for itself. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with academics, research teams, and project leads to design studies, gather information, and turn complex findings into something clear, useful, and actionable.

My time in research taught me to be patient, thorough, and intentional. Whether I was conducting fieldwork, reviewing literature, or running analyses, I always aimed to bring clarity to challenging questions. I understand what it means to meet deadlines, follow ethical standards, and contribute meaningfully to both academic and practical conversations.

As a Data Analyst, I took those same values, precision, curiosity, and clarity, and applied them to business problems. I’ve helped organizations clean up messy data, uncover trends, and create reports that actually drive decisions. I’m not just about charts and dashboards (though I build plenty of those); I care about what the numbers mean and how they can make things better—whether that’s improving customer experience, boosting performance, or planning for the future.

I work comfortably across tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, SPSS, and Python. But more than that, I know how to approach data with a clear mind: how to ask the right questions, structure the work, and deliver insights people can use. I’m just as comfortable explaining findings to a client as I am cleaning a dataset with a hundred missing values. I bring a balanced mix of skills: attention to detail, critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to stay focused under pressure. I’ve worked solo, I’ve worked on teams, and I know how to adapt to different workflows and expectations. My goal is always to make the work make sense—for everyone involved.
