Hello, I’m Adela.

I’m a freelance fractional Chief of Marketing and web strategist based in Sarasota, Florida. Since 2020, I’ve worked with small businesses to build thoughtful, strategic websites without the inflated fees and unnecessary layers of a traditional agency.

My background is a little unconventional. I started my career in education, working as a teacher, department head, instructional strategies specialist, and Dean of Assessments. That experience taught me how to think in systems, understand how people learn and make decisions, and turn complicated ideas into clear strategies.

Today, I bring that same approach to marketing and web development.

I help small businesses understand what their website actually needs to do, from SEO and site architecture to messaging, conversion strategy, and the technology that brings it all together. I’m especially passionate about helping business owners build websites they can actually understand, maintain, and grow—rather than becoming dependent on an agency every time something needs to change.
