Esther Adelana is a Leadership and Creative Industry Professional. She works at the intersection of Leadership, Public Policy, and Creative Industries.
With an academic background in English, Cultural Administration, Policy and Management. Her academic research focuses on Cultural Policy, Cultural Diplomacy, and Management. She is a fellow of the African Research Councillor Programme at Wheeler Institute for Business and Development, London Business School.
In 2025 she was awarded a Professional Fellowship Doctorate in Corporate and Public Administration. Esther is also a fellow of the Institute of Public and Corporate Administrators of Nigeria.
Her passion for public policy and systemic change led her to acquire certificates in Leadership and Public Policy from the School of Politics, Policy and Governance, GOTNI Leadership Center, African Center for Leadership, Strategy and Development, Lagos Business School and the World Bank Group, Institute for Economic Development.
In 2017, she founded TEA-PRIME, empowering over 10,000 youths and women through training, conferences, publications, and fellowship programs.
Esther has trained in several corporate bodies, including the Nigerian Labour Congress, Lagos Chapter. She has also been hosted on programs on NTA, and the Nigerian Police Radio - 99.1 FM.
Esther is a Creative Writer and a 6x published author. Her first book "Glorious Adventure" was published and launched in 2017 with the occasion chaired by Emeka Nobis and Prof. Ven. Benjamin Egede, a Professor of English language. Her Cultural Play, ÌBÁLÉ was translated and published in Arabic and Russian Language with repositories in Public Libraries and Schools in Egypt.
Esther is a member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Nigerian Authors, Abuja Chapter where she currently serves as the association's Public Relations Officer. She's a Fellow of Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts (2025); LEAP Africa Leadership Training Programme (2022); the Forward Program at McKinsey & Company, (2023); Female & More Social Impact Program, (2022); Ebedi Writers' Residency (2023); a pioneer graduate and fellow of the Thrive Program at Plan International Nigeria (2023).
In 2022, she received an invitation to become a life member of the World Innovation Alliance, an international organization in Spain, that collaborates with companies, institutions and influential multidisciplinary professionals from more than 250 countries to bring solutions to the global challenges of leadership, education, health, and poverty.
She has served as a judge for several writing contests, including the ANA/Yusuf Ali SAN Prize, and Splendors of Dawn Poetry Foundation.
