Adelana Esther is a Certified Leadership Coach, Conference Speaker, and Author.

She has trained in several corporate bodies, including the Nigerian Labour Congress, Lagos Chapter. She has also been hosted on programs on NTA, and the Nigerian Police Radio - 99.1 FM.

Esther is a researcher, and a participant of the African Research Councillor Programme at Wheeler Institute For Business and Development, London Business School.

She earned a certificate in Leadership from Center for Leadership, Strategy & Development, and GOTNI Leadership Center, Abuja.

As a Creative writer and cultural administrator, she has a B.A in English, and a PGDE in Cultural Administration.

She's an author of 6 books. Some of these are; "The 360° Woman", 'Goal Setting Blueprint', Profiting From Purpose', and "Glorious Adventure" etc.

Her first book "Glorious Adventure" was published and launched in 2017 with the occasion chaired by Emeka Nobis and Prof. Ven. Benjamin Egede a professor of English language.

As a lead strategist, she leads TEA-PRIME LEADERSHIP ACADEMY. An organization are committed to the holistic growth of persons through programs, conferences, training, and outreaches.

She has been working with her team since 2018, to host Purpose conference : An annual leadership summit for educators, transformational leaders, undergraduates, and emerging leaders.

The network also reach out to the poor through its foundation and gives merit scholarships to students who are exceptional in the annual poetry rendition competition.

Esther is an Executive member of the Association of Nigerian Authors, Abuja. A Member of WEOG, Abuja.

She is also a member of World Innovation Alliance, an international organization in Spain, that collaborates with companies, institutions and influential multidisciplinary professionals from more than 200 countries to bring solutions to the global challenges of leadership, education, health, poverty.

She's a fellow of LEAP Africa Leadership Training Programme, and Female & More Social Impact Program, 2022.
