Adelle Platon pumps out puns as a staff writer for Billboard.com, where she helms the hip-hop/R&B space but devours all things music and co-hosts the sports-meets-music podcast "Ballin' Out." She is also the co-founder of her sweat., a fitness lifestyle site for badass women.

Previously at VIBE, she tackled features for both dot com and the magazine, which included spotlighting lady bosses for In A League of Their Own as well as interviewing Janet Jackson, Spike Lee, and Oprah.

Her prior experience includes interning at NY1 News, The Rachael Ray Show, NBC, and ABC's 20/20 and What Would You Do?. She was also a weekend overnight booker for ABC's Good Morning America.
