Ade Obasa

Hey there, I’m Ade Obasa. I am an Architect, Interior Designer, Real Estate Consultant and Business Coach.

I am the Lead Architect at Replika Konsortium (www.replikakonsortium.com), Head Coach and Convener of Success BootCamp Nigeria (a platform for training entrepreneurs and career professionals).

As an Architect, I am interested keenly in conceptualizing designing functional private residential apartments, corporate/religious buildings and affordable real estate apartments. I have handled designs, constructions, renovations, facility and project management for religious organizations, private residential owners, real estate firms, engineering companies, architectural firms, corporate businesses, etc.

As a Public Speaker/Coach, I have spoken at several business seminars and trainings across the Nigerian States.

Here are some of the Life-Changing Business, Leadership and Career Events I have facilitated and organized;

1. As a Student, I Organized the Business and Academic Seminar held at Oyinlola Hall, Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State, with over 500 students in attendance (2009);

2. Organized and Trained at Making Money Using The Computer, Mayo Belwa, Adamawa State (Business Seminar - 2010);

3. Facilitated The Youth Empowerment Conference (Value), organized by Wake-Up Call Africa Initiative, University of Ibadan, on 2nd December, 2017,

4. Facilitated The Jesus' Carnival held at Grace Bible Mission, Osogbo on the 26th December, 2017,

5. A two-time Speaker and a one-time panelistat The Shift Conference, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State- 2017 & 2018

6. Organized and Facilitated "Get Ahead in 2018", a training program for setting goals and strategies for 2018, held on the 22nd December, 2017 at Dove Spa & Wellness Resort, Bodija, Ibadan.

7. A Guest Speaker at the Installation Ceremony of Rotr. Adewale Adesokan of the Rotary Club Ibadan Ring Road on 21st July, 2018

As a Trainer and Coach, I coach regularly at the Online Platforms of Success BootCamp Nigeria and Succeeding Entrepreneurs' Community on Whatsapp and Facebook respectively. I train on Entrepreneurship at Dove International Cosmetology Academy (DICA) at Bodija, Ibadan. I also train students at TMC Interior Design School, University of Ibadan.

As a Writer, I write articles for the Nigerian Tribune on Interior Design and DIY ideas.

I love to travel, listen to music, read, meet new people.
