Adedeji Adeoti is the Lead Consultant at Xuriel Resources Limited. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, and a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). Adedeji holds a Bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an mMBA from Tekedia Institute.
An accomplished, innovative, and self-driven Human Resource Manager, Adedeji brings several years of progressive experience in HR administration, learning and development, process improvement, and employee engagement. His expertise spans employee engagement strategy, organization design, soft skills training, and organizational learning and development, enabling him to create systems that enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness.
He has successfully designed and implemented impactful HR solutions across diverse organizations from startups to international bodies and led the team that organized the largest job fair in Oyo State in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
Driven by a passion for people and performance, Adedeji has supported over 200 SMEs across Nigeria with capacity-building initiatives, market access facilitation, funding linkages, and tailored HR solutions. As a career coach, he has also trained and equipped over 1,000 graduates with employability skills, preparing them for opportunities across industries and remote work ecosystems.
