Adedeji Adeoti

Adedeji Adeoti is an HR Consultant at Xuriel Resources Limited. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, and a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an mMBA from Tekedia Institute.

He serves as Global Faculty at Tech4Dev, where he has coached over 2,000 tech professionals across Africa, equipping fellows with strategic and practical approaches to career management, personal branding, and confident decision-making in the workplace and job market.

An accomplished, innovative, and self-driven HR professional, Adedeji brings several years of progressive experience in HR administration, learning and development, process improvement, and employee engagement. His expertise spans employee engagement strategy, organizational design, soft skills training, and learning and development, enabling him to build systems that improve team performance and organizational effectiveness.

He has designed and implemented impactful HR solutions across diverse organizations, from startups to international institutions, and led the team that organized the largest job fair in Oyo State in 2023 and 2024.

Driven by a passion for people and performance, Adedeji has supported over 200 SMEs across Nigeria with capacity-building initiatives, market access facilitation, funding linkages, and tailored HR solutions. As a career coach, he has trained and equipped over 5,000 graduates with employability skills, preparing them for opportunities across industries and the global remote work ecosystem.
