I am Adesewo Kolawole Francis, an experienced Nigerian educator, school administrator, and educational leader with over thirteen years of progressive service in secondary education. My professional journey has been shaped by a strong commitment to academic excellence, institutional growth, and the development of ethically grounded, future-ready learners.

I began my career as a classroom teacher, where I built a solid foundation in pedagogy, curriculum delivery, student assessment, and mentorship. Through consistent performance, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to school operations, I advanced into leadership roles within school management. I currently serve as the Principal of Dominican College, Abuja, where I provide overall academic and administrative leadership, oversee policy implementation, drive staff development initiatives, and ensure the school’s alignment with best practices in teaching, learning, and governance.

Beyond school leadership, I am actively engaged in educational consultancy, teacher training, and leadership development. I am the founder of RedBrick Educonsult, a platform dedicated to strengthening educational institutions through capacity building, professional development, and strategic advisory services. I am also an author in development, a poet, a drama director, and a master of ceremonies—creative pursuits that reinforce my belief that education must cultivate both intellect and character.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning, complemented by international leadership training. In my considered opinion, sustainable educational reform in Nigeria will be driven by principled leadership, continuous professional learning, and institutions that are intentional about excellence. My work and vision are firmly aligned with this conviction.
