Adetayo is a force to be reckoned with who has a great passion for the advancement of nursing in Nigeria.
She has maintained a track record of excellence in educational and leadership forums over the years, and because of her undeniable commitment for progress, she was recognized with the award for the most influential nurse in 2019/2020.

As a representative in the nursing community, she started a blog called @thenurseandyou that attempts to highlight the nursing profession and talk about the difficulties faced by Nigerian nurses and how to solve them. When it comes to delivery of nursing care, she is constantly at the top of her abilities .
