I live with ADHD myself and know how difficult it can be to recognize the signs early on. For a long time, I lacked clear and simple ways to understand what I was experiencing — which is exactly why I started building resources in this space.

With adhs-test.ch, I created a free, science-based ADHD self-assessment tailored for people in Switzerland. The test is based on the ASRS screening and is designed to offer a first, low-threshold orientation for those who suspect they might have ADHD.

It’s important to note that this test does not replace a professional diagnosis. Instead, it aims to help people better understand their symptoms and take the first step toward getting the right support.

My goal is to make ADHD more understandable, accessible, and less stigmatized — especially for those who are just starting to explore the topic.
