Who Am I?
I’m Aditya Krishna, Lead Product Designer.
I have worked with a number of clients, both independently and through corporates with 8+ years of experience in building enterprise products which also includes all-in-one marketing suite. Sometimes, I’m fortunate to teach and give lectures on design. I’m fuelled by true passion, with an excellent eye for detail & craftsmanship.

What I do?
"I sell value through design”
I craft experiences by balancing usability, beauty, relevance, and delight. I synthesize wide variety of inputs like analytics, customer support, and user research into a clearly defined user problem.

Why I do?
“Because it’s emotional and impactful”
I design because it involves solving problems. Good design makes connections; it empowers people and provides them with the voice they need to communicate. Good design fosters relationships and makes this world a better place.

How I do?
"Always start with WHY?”
I collect all the necessary data, insights, and answers so that I can fully understand the project and dive deep into designing for the user. Asking questions helps me know the overall direction, strategy, and required information to progress into the later stages of a design project.

How I measure success?
“Trust Analytics Over Assumptions.”
For me transforming purely functional products into delightful products that add meaning to our lives is a design success but: In design business, we need data to prove, and the only way to find out is by observing users’ behavior using Heatmaps, Funnel Analysis and Session Replays.

What’s makes me unique?
“I think small”
I understand the difference between decorative design and effective design. Visualisation skills are something which comes naturally to me. I always listen to my inner child.
