Tiffany Adike
Student, Volunteer, and Psychologist in Athens, GA
I slammed the car door behind me and there it was glaring at me. A big sign that basically in essence threatened the existence of my bank account, but I knew that with every cent that left, it was going to be worth it. I put my headphones in and transported into a different world. As I go through the aisles, I let my hands comb through each article of clothing while analyzing it very carefully with my eyes . I believe that with every outfit, comes another chance for me to redefine myself to explain so silently to the stranger “Who is Tiffany Adike”. The way I put each piece of clothing together is my art piece. It is my paint strokes of bottoms and tops, splats of shoes, and dots of accessories that make the beautiful art masterpiece that is me . In my eyes, to make a great outfit each part of the outfit needs to mean something no one part more important than the other. I live for that moment. The moment where I finally find the right shoes to go with the right shirt and the right pair of bottoms to match the earrings. The moment where the outfit is created. The moment where I style.
