I am Adil Shah, a seasoned Support Specialist based in Islamabad, Pakistan. My career in customer service began at Qatar Airways, where I worked as a Customer Service Associate from April 2013 to April 2020. During my time there, I was stationed at Muscat International Airport, where I played a crucial role in enhancing the travel experience for passengers by issuing tickets, rebooking flights, and addressing a wide range of customer concerns.
In September 2021, I joined Ibex Global as a Universal Claim Specialist. In this role, I provided comprehensive support to customers regarding warranty-related inquiries and claims. I efficiently managed the warranty claims process, ensuring timely and accurate processing, which significantly improved customer satisfaction.
Since March 2022, I have been working as a Technical Support Specialist at Motive. Here, I continue to provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through various communication channels. I am adept at investigating and resolving customer issues, coordinating with relevant teams, and escalating matters when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
My skill set is extensive, including proficiency in customer service, Salesforce, Amadeus GDS, sales and marketing, de-escalation techniques, real-time management, and critical thinking. My ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages—English, Urdu, Arabic, Punjabi, and Pushto—enables me to connect with a diverse clientele.
