For more than eight years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people find a place they can truly call home. As a realtor and the owner of Homelife Gold Star Realty in Windsor, Ontario, I’ve built my business on trust, service, and the belief that every client deserves honesty, clarity, and confidence in one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
My journey in real estate began with a simple goal: to work hard, stay consistent, and treat every client like family. Over the years, that mindset has helped me become one of Windsor’s top realtors, earning recognition for sales performance and customer satisfaction. But what I’m most proud of isn’t the awards it’s the relationships. The families I’ve helped settle into their first homes. The investors who trusted me to guide them. The clients who came back years later because they knew I’d always put their best interests first.
Today, I lead a team of 15 dedicated agents at my brokerage. Leadership, to me, isn’t about giving orders it’s about setting a standard. I believe in leading by example: showing up early, staying late, staying accountable, and never asking my team to do something I wouldn’t do myself. I’ve built a culture where we support each other, push each other, and celebrate each other’s wins. My goal is not only to grow a successful brokerage, but to help every agent on my team grow into the best version of themselves professionally and personally.
Motivation has always been a driving force in my life. I wasn’t handed success; I built it through discipline, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Real estate is a competitive field, but I’ve learned that consistency beats talent when talent isn’t consistent. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, meet someone new, and create value for the people who trust me with their real estate goals. I wake up each morning with the mindset that I can make today better than yesterday for myself, my clients, and my team.
Windsor is more than just the market I work in it’s my community. I’ve watched this city grow, evolve, and open new opportunities for families, investors, and businesses. Being part of that growth is something I take seriously.
