I started with nothing. No roadmap, no co-founder, no funding. Just pure curiosity, countless late nights, and this burning need to figure things out. Before I ever built anything for a client, I was in my room experimenting, testing random ideas, watching things break, and obsessing over why they broke. I didn't even know this was called "tech" or "startups" back then. I was just addicted to creating. Business has always been in my blood. I come from a family where trade, creating value, and understanding people matter. From a young age, I was hustling, taking on whatever work I could find. Odd jobs, random freelance gigs, trial and error. Every single step taught me how to think like someone who builds things, like someone who owns the outcome.

In 2016, I stumbled onto Upwork and Freelancer. That completely changed everything for me. I went from scrambling for any project to understanding how global markets work, how to deliver real products, and what makes clients tick. That journey eventually led me through corporate roles at Cyberspace, Techverx, and StackIntel, where I learned how real teams operate, how budgets actually work, and what stakeholders want. I generated six-figure revenue, managed huge accounts, and did everything from sales to product development.

In 2022, I took everything I'd learned and built something of my own: KeepCoders. We started tiny. Today, we're a 30+ person team that builds world-class tech across AI, Blockchain, SaaS, Mobile Apps, and Workflow Automation.

Here's what makes us different: We don't just write code. We solve the messy problems before they even reach our developers. Every project starts with serious consultation, mapping out all the business logic and constraints, so when our devs start building, they're laser-focused, fast, and there's zero friction. We specialize in getting MVPs launched the right way.

We've delivered for massive companies like GMC, Ford, Etisalat, McDonald's, Majid Al Futtaim, Cadbury, and major players in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, National Foods, Brainchild, Master Group, Khaadi, PTV, PEMRA, PEL, and many more.

I've built this company day and night, not just with code, but by creating the right culture. Deadlines are always tight, expectations are sky-high, and the stakes are real, but we consistently deliver with clarity, speed, and precision.

If you're building something ambitious or need a partner who knows how to turn business havoc into crystal-clear products, let's talk.
