AR Adithya

Hi, I'm AR Adithya, a Kerala-based marketing and operations professional with an MBA in Marketing & Operations from DCSMAT Business School (Mahatma Gandhi University).

My path here wasn't linear, and I like it that way. I started in Science, moved into Communicative English for my undergraduate degree, found my way into digital marketing, and eventually pursued an MBA to sharpen both the strategic and operational sides of business. Every shift taught me something new and pushed me to grow faster than a straight path would have.

Before my MBA, I worked across digital marketing roles at agencies and media companies, getting hands-on with Meta Ads, social media strategy, content planning, and analytics. That experience gave me a practical foundation I've continued to build on ever since.

For my MBA dissertation, I researched Consumer Perception of Digital Marketing Practices of SMEs in Pathanamthitta District a study that deepened my understanding of how small businesses in India engage with digital channels, and where the biggest gaps and opportunities still exist.

Outside of work, I'm a self-taught graphic designer and video editor, always exploring new tools something that keeps me evolving on the creative side, not just the strategic one.

I'm currently exploring roles in Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing, based out of Kerala with openness to relocate for the right opportunity. I'm always looking to grow, learn, and take on challenges that push me further.
