From Shadows to Sunrise: The Real Story of Aditya Kumar
Born in the remote village of Pahsaul, Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Aditya Kumar had no access to luxury or guidance — just a burning desire to do something meaningful. Life hit him hard early. At just 13, he was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a painful spinal disease that made daily life a challenge. Yet, he never let the pain define him.
After completing 10th, he moved to Delhi — alone. No relatives, no mentors — just dreams. While others had coaching, he had free YouTube tutorials. He learned digital skills at cyber cafés and on borrowed devices. In 2018, he launched his first startup Paniwale.net.in — which failed. The setback pushed him into depression, but not defeat.
During the 2020 lockdown, while the world paused, Aditya sharpened his skills. He aimed for IIT but scored just 77 percentile. People laughed. He didn’t stop.
After a few failed jobs and ventures, and a painful breakup of an 8-year relationship, he hit rock bottom. But instead of giving up, he rose again through freelancing. He sold his phone and laptop to pay his team — choosing trust over comfort.
In 2025, with his brother Ravi Kumar and friend Vivek Yadav, he co-founded Triamond Tech Pvt. Ltd. — a startup born from resilience. Today, Triamond serves 280+ clients with a team of 300+, helping businesses and students across India go digital.
Aditya’s mission isn’t fame — it’s to empower others like him. In his words:
"I wasn't the smartest, nor the strongest. I just never stopped walking."
From village shadows to digital frontlines, Aditya Kumar is a symbol of courage, compassion, and quiet revolution.
