Aditya, who can be recognized by his loud and booming voice, has grown up in a mixture of different cultures which have influenced his approach to life. He was born in Kerala but over his lifetime he has stayed in places like Coimbatore, Silvasa, Colombo, Cochin, Chennai and Hyderabad. The bulk of his schooling was in Colombo and Cochin, where he was consistently acknowledged for his academic prowess and his leadership qualities. His previous school continues to remember him for being steadfast and true as a person.

His pursuit of higher education took him to Chennai where in 2012 he came across Make A Difference (MAD), an NGO working towards mobilizing young leaders to ensure equitable outcomes for children in shelter homes. He was selected by the organization to be one of the founding members of the MAD-Chennai chapter. He played an instrumental role in establishing the new volunteer base as well as setting up an operating rhythm for the chapter. He has been associated with MAD ever since and has played the roles of an English teacher and Human Resources fellow in Chennai, Center Support fellow in Cochin and is currently a Center Support Strategist for the South Region. He believes for the time and effort he has put into MAD, he has got back a lot more in terms of knowledge, experience, memories and relationships for which he is ever grateful. After completing his bachelors he got placed in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) which took him back to the city of Cochin. In TCS, apart from his work as an Analyst for their Banking product, he was popular among his peers and his supervisors for his communication skills. He was also asked to take up additional responsibilities in the company.

Travel, music, literature, food, photography, endurance running and movies, are some of the things Aditya is passionate about in his free time. Social issues, politics, technology and stock markets are among the few other things he has interest in. Aditya is known to be a very confident, social and amicable person and likes to surround himself with friends and loved ones. He believes in exploring new places, meeting new people and experiencing new things as part of an ongoing process of self discovery. He also believes that everything and everyone has a story to share and something new to teach. These beliefs have now brought him to the Young India Fellowship, where he is currently studying and exploring new opportunities.
