Doing more actively makes conscious development and inclusive growth possible. Took Bing's Copilot to navigate my work in Startup Ecosystem and Empowerment efforts for a while.

Here’s a list of all TEDx talks by Aditya Raja that I found:

My writings:

Isn't it fascinating that less can be more? :)

Craving validation and our long term societal conditioning has made us think all results are going to be as per what has happened or is as per commonly occurring instances.

Want degree? Spend 3 years.

Want house? Build capital for years.

Want respect? Follow the life's milestones as told.

In all pursuits, logic builds and suddenly a poem, a book or a visit to a peaceful and sacred institute makes us think, introspect and ponder.

Imagine just 1 of it makes us re-think, and imagine backwards. What? And why? These 2 questions makes us feel life is not only THAT what people stereotype, it is about newer vistas and vibrant panorama.

To ensure that I continue fulfilling my share of responsibility, action for impact and collective effort. Started my quest in 2k17 with small gigs, internships and volunteerism.

Adding to that, couple of years of academic learning, cross cultural work and senior roles, I can definitely say life lessons should be learnt on the go. With each parenting level, or with each brother role, or with each spiritual understanding, actually we level up.

Then we see life from a different lens, a way to rework, build better and deepen impact. Same book might give a different understanding, fascinating right? Yeah, it so surprising. So why wait?

Get on this personality discovery. Need help? Here are few tools:

  1. Do Habit Building For New Roles (I recommend this as a Talent Coach for Youth, Women and Early Stage Professionals)
  2. Do Adaptive Management For NGO's Growth (Recommendation is to build a learning culture, process building to maintain effeciency, plan to empower donors and do design thinking to find new solutions on the go)

Can Less Be More When It Comes to NGOs and Startups?

  • Scaling Startups with my 7+ years of experience as an Chief, Summit Organizer, Course Developer, Content and SXO specialist and also as a Guerrilla and Growth Hacker. I have found less can be more.
  • Grow NGOs through managing paper work, get funds by building lean processes, delivering more to communities, adding value to volunteer's life and innovating content.
